About these terms
These terms apply to your use of sprintbuilt.dev and to any website project, Care plan or add-on you buy from Sprint Built ("we", "us"). By using this site or accepting a quote, you agree to them. Your written quote may add details for your project. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.
Quotes and packages
- Express: a flat $500 for a website of up to 5 pages, with a contact form, basic on-page SEO and one round of revisions. It is usually built in about 1 to 2 days once we have all your content.
- Custom: from $1,500, priced on the scope in your quote, with two or more rounds of revisions.
- Add-ons (such as an online store, blog, logo and branding, Arabic + English, SEO, extra pages or copywriting) are priced per project and listed in your quote.
Every project starts with a written, fixed quote that sets out what is included. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope, or extra revision rounds, will be quoted separately before we start it.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is due before we start, and the remaining 50% is due on launch.
- We start work once the deposit is received.
- Prices are in US dollars. Accepted payment methods are listed on your quote and invoice.
- We launch the site, and hand over full ownership, once the final payment is received.
- Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, because it covers the time we have already set aside and spent on your project.
Your part
- Send us your content (text, images, logo and brand colors) and any account access we need, using the form we send you. If you would rather we write or source content, add copywriting to your quote.
- Make sure you have the right to use everything you send us, and that it is lawful and accurate.
- Review and approve each key stage within a reasonable time. Timelines start once we have your content and move with your approvals.
Timelines and revisions
Timelines in our quotes are estimates based on receiving your content and feedback on time. Revision rounds are included as set out in your package. If a project is paused by you for more than 30 days, we may reschedule it or invoice for work completed so far.
Ownership
- Your domain is registered in your name.
- Once your project is paid in full, the finished website, its design and its content belong to you.
- Third-party items, such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images, stay under their own licences, which we pass on to you.
- We may show your website in our portfolio and on social media. Tell us if you would rather we did not.
Domains, hosting and email
We set up your domain, hosting and professional email as part of your build. Professional mailboxes are a subscription you pay directly to Google or Microsoft, so you stay in full control of them. Domain and hosting renewals are your responsibility unless they are covered by a Care plan.
Care plans
- Care plans (Basic, Standard and Pro) are optional and can be added to any build at any time.
- They are billed once a year, in advance, with no monthly fees.
- Plans renew each year unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- Edit hours included in a plan (for example, up to 12 hours a year on Standard) are for small changes and do not carry over to the next year.
- Without a Care plan, you are free to manage your own hosting, updates and backups. Your site is yours either way.
After launch
If something we built does not work as agreed, tell us within 30 days of launch and we will fix it at no extra cost. This does not cover changes made by you or others, third-party services, or new features.
Using this website
You may browse this website for your own information. Please do not copy our content or design for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. The live client websites we link to are run by their owners, not by us.
Limits of our liability
We build every site with care, but we cannot guarantee that a website will be error-free, always available, or reach a particular search ranking or sales result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending a project
Either of us can end a project in writing if the other seriously breaks these terms. If a project ends early, you pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over that work once it is paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction, unless your quote says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that project.
